We offer 24x7 email support (firstname.lastname@example.org) for all our customers, regardless of your plan. You can email us for support using your favorite email client, but you can also access support from within Ai Auditor.
We've built in-app chat support in Ai Auditor, which you can access on any page in AI Auditor. Clicking the MindBridge logo on the lower right of a page will open our in-app support.
After clicking the icon, you'll be able to start a live chat or search our knowledge base for articles relating to your issue.
Customer Success Manager
As part of your investment in Ai Auditor, you’re assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM). They’ll assist you right from the start of your AI journey and help you grow your knowledge of Ai Auditor.
Our CSM's primary role is to learn your business processes, and how Ai Auditor exists within it. Their knowledge of your processes will continually maximize their value in helping you meet your audit goals and objectives, ensuring that you and your staff are optimizing your firm’s productivity and profitability.
CSMs are your main point of contact for support issues, and they'll acts as your advocate to the product team - making sure escalations and enhancements are heard. Your feedback matters!
In an effort to continuously deliver value, CSMs can conduct monthly business reviews with a cross-functional (ie: different Ai Auditor users) team from your organization. In these meetings, your CSM will:
- Examine your current business needs and confirm that the Ai Auditor is meeting them.
- Review your future business needs and determine if any change in processes, assuring Ai Auditor will meet needs as they arise.
- Discuss the direction of Ai Auditor, giving your organization an opportunity to give feedback on our road map.
It's recommended that you reach out to CSM directly, but other options are available. If you opt in for email support or utilize our in-app chat functionality, your CSM will be alerted that you need assistance.
