When creating a new task for your audit plan, it will automatically be set to an open state.

Resolving a Task

Begin by clicking ORGANIZATIONS in the primary navigation, which is found at the top of any page within Ai Auditor.

You'll be taken to the ORGANIZATIONS page, which lists all of your organizations as tiles. Navigate to the organization containing your engagement and click View Organization.

You'll be taken to the organization’s ENGAGEMENTS page, which lists out all of the organization’s engagements as tiles. Navigate to your engagement and click View Engagement.

You'll be taken to the engagement’s DATA page, which lists out all of the analyses within the engagement. Click AUDIT PLAN.

You’ll be taken to the AUDIT PLAN page, which lists out all of the analysis’ tasks, as well as the total value and stratified risk levels. Click View Details beside the task you want to resolve.

You’ll be taken to the task's Details page. Click the Actions drop-down menu in the upper right of this page and select Resolve.

Your task’s status will now be set to “resolved.” You can view the status of each task on the AUDIT PLAN page.

You can also see a task's status in the task's Details page.

Marking a Task as Normal

Begin by clicking ORGANIZATIONS in the primary navigation, which is found at the top of any page within Ai Auditor.

You'll be taken to the ORGANIZATIONS page, which lists all of your organizations as tiles. Navigate to the organization containing your engagement and click View Organization.

You'll be taken to the organization’s ENGAGEMENTS page, which lists out all of the organization’s engagements as tiles. Navigate to your engagement and click View Engagement.

You'll be taken to the engagement’s DATA page, which lists out all of the analyses within the engagement. Click AUDIT PLAN.

You’ll be taken to the AUDIT PLAN page, which lists out all of the analysis’ tasks, as well as the total value and stratified risk levels. Click View Details beside the task you want to mark as normal.

From the tasks’ Details page, click the Actions drop-down menu in the upper right of the page and select Mark as Normal.

The Mark as Normal form will appear on your screen. You need to provide a comment to mark a task as normal. Add your comment explaining why you're marking this task as normal and click Mark as Normal at the bottom of the form.

Your task will now be marked as “normal.” You can view the status of your tasks on the AUDIT PLAN page.

You can also see a task’s status in the task's Details page.

Reopening a Task

Begin by clicking ORGANIZATIONS in the primary navigation, which is found at the top of any page within Ai Auditor.

You'll be taken to the ORGANIZATIONS page, which lists all of your organizations as tiles. Navigate to the organization containing your engagement and click View Organization.

You'll be taken to the organization’s ENGAGEMENT page, which lists out all of the organization’s engagements as tiles. Navigate to your engagement and click View Engagement.

You'll be taken to the engagement’s DATA page, which lists out all of the analyses within the engagement. Click AUDIT PLAN.

You’ll be taken to the AUDIT PLAN page, which lists out all of the analysis’ tasks, as well as the total value and stratified risk levels. Click View Details beside the task you want to mark as normal. 

From the task's Details page, click the Actions drop-down menu in the upper right of the page and select Reopen.

Your task will now be set back to “open.” You can view the status of your tasks from the AUDIT PLAN page.

You can also see a task's status on the task’s Details page.
